Video store decor: a new video store (not a branch) wanted to be original and called me for advise and creation. To cover a large area in a low cost, we needed to think outside the box. Originally the owner wanted full color movie poster or scenes, but it would have taken weeks to do. The solution: simplifying the design to black and white only, throughout the main walls of the store, and completing the feel with giant popcorn theme in the back walls. Idea was not to overwhelm the client, in a place that will be filled with colors and items. The design proved to be right on the spot. This took about a week overall, and the size of the store is about 50' each wall. This project was finished in November 2008. |
